Eligibility
UCLA Early Care and Education (ECE) provides families with center-based care, child development information and child care resources. ECE services are available to members of the UCLA students, staff, and faculty, as well as the community at large.
How to Apply
Community Members (Non UCLA-affiliation)
Community members who would like to join the Non-Affiliated Applicant Pool, please complete the Community Applicant Pool Form(link is external) and submit your application with an $100 non-refundable processing fee. A confirmation will be available upon completion of the online application.
UCLA Faculty, Staff, and Students
To join the UCLA ECE Affiliated Applicant Pool, please complete either the Faculty-Staff Applicant Pool Form(link is external) or Student Applicant Pool Form(link is external). A separate application and $100 non-refundable processing fee is required for each child. The $100 processing fee is waived for student families. Please note: New students must send a copy of their UCLA acceptance letter as proof of affiliation.

Termination of Enrollment
Effective July 1, 2024, 60 calendar days’ notice is required for all termination dates.
Parents are responsible for all fees through the end of the 60-day period. Official Notices of Termination are available online.
If, in the opinion of the director, the program is unable to meet the needs of your family, we reserve the right to terminate services.
